Turn employees into innovation champions

Examiner.com Boston (September 27, 2010) – Many companies have various reward programs to motivate such employees, including awards, bonuses and sales incentives. These are definitely good programs. But what if we also create a thought leadership program around high performing innovators? The same strategy we use to promote executives can be adopted to highlight select employees and turn them into industry influencers. How? Here are some suggestions.
